FAQ

We know change is sometimes hard, that's why we're answering some of the frequent questions we've been asked.
The new Monitive is a completely separate system from the old one, meaning that you'll have to sign up using new credentials. You can, of course, use the same email that you are using on the old Monitive Classic system.
Of course, you can import your old monitors including all historical availability and latency information in your new account. To do this, head to the Account section, click Features & Apps. Scroll down and click Open under the "Migrate Monitive Classic account" section.
Probably not, we are inspiring our product road map from a public forum of proposed features. Therefore, any wanted feature might make it into the new Monitive at some point. This being said, core features will definitely be available in the new Monitive.
Yes, on the new Monitive's launch date, the old one will enter a sunsetting period of at least 3 months, time in which you'll have the opportunity to migrate to the new one with all your data.

All this will be announced with a considerable advanced notice.
Please report any bug you find in our Feedback forum, Report a bug section.
No, after your migration to the new system, we'll extend your account's expiration date to match the prorata ammount already paid. For example, if you have a subscription paid in January for one year of $340, and you migrate in June, you'll get credit in the new system for $340 / 2 = $170. Depending on how many monitors you're using, this might extend your account with anything between one month and 2 years.
